Kangeiko is a Japanese word that means "cold training". To push our spirits and start the new year with renewed motivation and drive, we train early, every day, for one week.
This class is open to all members of Traditional Karate Nashville and other local traditional karate practitioners.
We hope you'll join us January 22-27, every morning at 6am!
In connection with our VIP Referral Contest, we're hosting TWO Bring a Friend to Class nights! Each guest accompanying a current TKN member will be counted!
